Third arrest as part of investigation into Blanchardstown murder on Xmas Eve

Gardaí say they arrested a man yesterday evening as part of the investigation into the murder of Tristan Sherry that occurred at a premises on the Main Street in Blanchardstown, at approximately 8pm on Christmas Eve.

He is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda Station in West Dublin.

This man is the third arrest made as part of this investigation.

The second man arrested is still being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda station in West Dublin.

Gardai say investigations are ongoing.
