Gardaí seized cocaine with an estimated value of €70,000 and arrested two people during an operation in Finglas yesterday.
As part of an intelligence led operation by the Garda Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and the Special Crime Task Force, cocaine (subject to analysis) with an estimated street value of €70,000 was seized in the Abbotstown area of Finglas. Two males were arrested, aged 35 and 23. Both are detained at Finglas Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2 – Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
Investigations are continuing.
