Fianna Fáil TD Tom Brabazon has welcomed the announcement of additional Garda resources for Raheny, Clontarf and Coolock Garda Stations.
Deputy Brabazon said, “I welcome the announcement that 3 new Gardaí will be assigned to Coolock, 1 to Raheny, and 1 to Clontarf”.
“This is an important step in ensuring that our communities have the policing resources they need.”
“Our local Gardaí play a central role in keeping our community safe, responding to concerns from residents, and maintaining a visible presence on our streets”.
“Local residents have consistently raised the need for strong, well-resourced local policing”
“These additional Gardaí will support existing members on the ground and help strengthen community policing in Coolock, Raheny, Clontarf and the surrounding areas.”
“While there is always more work to be done, this announcement is real progress and will make a positive difference for people living in the area”
“I will continue to engage with Garda management and the Minister for Justice to ensure that Dublin Bay North receives its fair share of resources and that community safety remains a priority”
