The Housing Department of Fingal County Council has announced the upcoming Informative Housing Event scheduled for Monday, 25th September from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at The Riasc Centre in Swords.
This event marks the third in a series of Housing Information Events, aimed at empowering residents with vital knowledge about affordable housing schemes, vacant homes grants, and local authority home loans offered by the Council.
This event is open to all members of the public and provides an excellent opportunity for residents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the schemes and grants available through the local authority.
Attendees are welcome to join them in a seminar setting starting every hour, each packed with valuable insights, whether you’re seeking to purchase a new home, renovate an existing one, or explore the available housing schemes and grants, this event is designed to provide you with the information and support you require.
Robert Burns, Fingal County Council’s Director of Housing and Community Development, expressed enthusiasm about the event’s potential impact, saying, “Our goal is to ensure that everyone is well-informed about the Council’s affordable housing schemes, refurbishment grants, and local authority home loans.
“We have been delighted by the significant success of our previous events, with high levels of engagement from residents.
