The Our Balbriggan Loves Learning Festival, which takes place from Monday, March 27 to Saturday, April 1, has something for everybody.

The festival provides an opportunity for a range of groups and services to platform learning opportunities available to people in Balbriggan and surrounding areas.

“Lifelong learning is for everyone and I wish all participants and the organisers every success with this very worthwhile project,” said Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Howard Mahony.

According to John Quinlivan, Director of Economic, Enterprise, Tourism and Cultural Development at Fingal County Council, the range of opportunities available to meet the learning needs of a growing community in Balbriggan has expanded.

“Fingal County Council is proud to be involved in celebrating a love of learning by showcasing opportunities which exist in Balbriggan,” he said.

Fiona Kavanagh of Adult Education Services Balbriggan and Swords, which offers a range of full-time and part-time learning opportunities, said the week-long event provides a great opportunity for people to get involved and expand their experience and knowledge.

“The Our Balbriggan Loves Learning Festival, 2023 lauds education by highlighting what is available in the area,” she said.
