THE Honda Civic Tourer will arrive in Ireland this February, and is set to shake-up the Estate Car Sector with class-leading load space, fuel-efficiency, equipment, and style.

Designed and engineered in Europe, the space inside the Tourer defies its dimensions.
Despite being the lowest and most compact estate in the segment and being just 235mm longer than the Civic hatchback, the new Tourer offers a class-leading 624 litres of boot space, not only the best in the class, but one of the best of any Estate car on the market.
Utilising Honda’s unique Magic Seat system, the rear seats can be folded down to create a completely flat load area with 1,668 litres of capacity up to the roof lining, or flipped up to reveal a unique space for carrying taller items.
The significant luggage space is cleverly supported by the Tourer’s newly developed rear Adaptive Damper System (ADS), a world first.
The clever system automatically adjusts the rear suspension damping force designed to enhance stability and comfort under the varying load and driving conditions.
Another first is the option to add Honda’s new Dynamic Safety Pack suite of safety technologies. Based on the philosophy of
‘Safety for Everyone’, this new suite of sensor-based active safety systems uses a combination of cameras, short range laser radar and radar, to deliver a high standard of safety in all conditions, giving drivers and passengers complete peace of mind.
The Tourer is the latest model to benefit from Honda’s
‘Earth Dreams Technology’ series of advanced engines with the new 1.6 i-DTEC.
The lightest engine of its type in the world, it offers class-leading fuel economy figures, consuming 3.8 litres of fuel for every 100 kilometres driven, the equivalent of 74.3mpg. This efficiency is matched to low CO2 emissions, with a class-leading 99g/km meaning annual road tax from
?¬180. In addition, the Tourer will be available with the 1.8 i-VTEC petrol engine, in manual and automatic transmission choices.
