THE much anticipated new Å KODA Yeti, which has just arrived for test drive in Å KODA dealerships nationwide, has been named the Irish Times Crossover Car of the Year for 2013.

The Yeti has been a hugely popular model since it first appeared on the Irish market four years ago and more than 281,000 have been sold worldwide. Arriving in time for the 141 plate, the new 2014 Å KODA Yeti is available from e24,490.

Commenting, Raymond Leddy, Head of Marketing & Product, Å KODA Ireland said:

“The Å KODA Yeti is one of our most popular cars with a hugely loyal fan-base so we’re delighted it has been acknowledged in the Irish Times Car of the Year awards. The new Yeti boasts improvements to design, technology and functionality which should prove popular with motorists when the 141 buying season begins. We have also unveiled a new rugged version called the Yeti Outdoor which features a full length panoramic retractable sunroof as standard and new exterior aluminium design features such as skirts, mirror covers, roof bars and spoilers on the front and rear that give the Yeti a more off-road style.
