Aussie rock titans AC/DC will rock Croke Park this August.
The best-selling rock group are still going strong after 50 years in the business, with their most recent album Power Up hitting number one in 20 different countries, including Ireland.
The Power Up tour will rock across Europe this summer, including two dates at London’s Wembley stadium, before finishing up in Croke Park on August 17th.
AC/DC last played Ireland in July 2015, with a packed crowd seeing them rock the Aviva in promotion of their then-recent album Rock or Bust.
The Aussie group hold the distinction of having the best-selling album by any band ever, with 1980’s seminal Back in Black album selling over 50 million copies worldwide.
AC/DC have enjoyed strong Irish support over the years, with the group scoring 18 hits on the Irish Singles Charts, and almost all of their albums hitting the number one spot.
Tickets for their Croke Park blowout will go on sale at 9am on Friday, February 16th.
