Making of a Medium
The film follows Sean Conway who was born with a gift; a gift he could not understand. From an early age Sean was constantly met with scepticism from friends, members of his family and even his twin brother.
Afraid he would be put in to a mental institution, he kept his experiences and visions to himself. Only after he found a spiritual teacher did he begin to use his talent.
The film makes its Dublin debut at Lighthouse Cinema, Smithfield, at 7pm on Wednesday, April 19.

Ruby Tuesday
In her gilded cage in the leafy suburbs of Dublin, Mrs T has managed to hold onto her middle-class lifestyle, but at what cost? Filling her life with yoga holidays, school reunions and obsessive cleaning is not quite enough. Her marriage is a sham, and her daughter wants to get away as far and fast as possible. She has to pick up the pieces or succumb to depression.
Her cleaning lady, Ruby, calls every Tuesday to blow away the cobwebs of Mrs T’s life with sarcasm, wit and common sense.
It runs in the Bewley’s Café Theatre @ Powerscourt from April 24- May 6. Phone 086-8784001 or visit www.bewleyscafetheatre.com.
