A SERIES of public open days are being hosted by the Hines real estate agency to outline its exciting vision for the new Cherrywood Town Centre and Business Park.
Members of the public are being invited to come and see first hand the unfolding vision for the 400-acre site from Tuesday, May 26 to Thursday, May 28.
Cherrywood has Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) approval for the construction of a new retail led, mixed-use town centre comprising up to 3,800 apartments and houses, and zoning capacity to expand the second largest office park in Dublin to three times its current size.
Since announcing the acquisition of Cherrywood in November 2014, Hines has tasked a major team of planners, surveyors and architects to bring forward a world class masterplan for this landmark development.
Hines is also working in close collaboration with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council to progress an integrated and sustainable plan for the site which will include new homes, shops, schools and parks and appropriate transport infrastructure.
Senior Managing Director at Hines, Brian Moran, says he is looking forward to the upcoming open days.

The Cherrywood Public Open Days will run from 8am to 8pm each day at Block D, Cherrywood Business Park in Dublin 18.
