Man due before court after drugs and cigs seizure

A MAN is due before the courts this morning after a drugs and cigarettes seizure in Tallaght.

Gardai seized cannabis herb with an estimated value of €467,000 and cigarettes valued at €426,000 on August 14, 2018 at a storage unit in Corbally, Saggart.

The man was detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at Crumlin Garda Station and has since been charged.

He is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Court number 3, charged in relation to the seizure.
