Revenue seize alcohol at Dublin Port

Revenue officers at Dublin Port have seized over 1,100 litres of wine with an estimated retail value of over €15,800, representing a potential loss to the exchequer of €7,850.

Revenue officers made the discovery when they searched a van that had disembarked a ferry from France on Saturday as a result of routine operations.

Investigations are ongoing.
