An activist who drove into immigration protesters during a live-streamed incident in Dublin will be sentenced next year.
Stephen Bedford (38) who resides at a hostel on Merchants Quay, Dublin, pleaded guilty on his trial date to one count of driving a vehicle through a crowd of people, which created a substantial risk of death or serious harm to others at Five Lamps Junction in Dublin on February 15, 2023.

Bedford was remanded on continuing bail to appear before Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for sentencing on March 27 of next year.
